On-Campus
Interviews (OCIs) are scheduled by employers through The
Gate, the online job board and resume database, and/or through
resume collection at The Citadel Fall Career Fair and held at The
Citadel Career Center (unless otherwise noted). Review the OCI
Guide (above at right) and the OCI Schedule (below) on a regular
basis to learn the process and know which postings within The
Gate are being considered for an On-Campus Interview, as
well as which employers attending the Fall Career Fair will be collecting
resumes for an OCI. Some OCI dates will be scheduled in advance
and others will be scheduled after the employer reviews the response
by students on The Gate or after they collect resumes at the fair.

| Return to your Home Page with The Gate and click the link to "Search for Jobs Posted with My School". Use the Job ID Number (below) to access each OCI posting of interest. Apply as indicated by the listed deadline to be considered for an On-Campus Interview. The employer will call/email selected candidates to schedule their interview times and some attending the Fall Career Fair will schedule interview times at the fair. | |||||||

Organizations highlighted in brown below will be attending The Citadel Fall 2008 Career Fair on 10/15. If a Job ID number is listed, the employer has also posted to The Gate. After applying per the provided instructions, plan to also visit their table if you wish to be considered for an interview. In some cases, the employer will be scheduling interview times at the fair while others will contact selected candidates after the fair. |
