CFA GOALS:
Since its inception in 1993, The Citadel Family Association (CFA) has been dedicated to three main goals:

* To support college initiatives.

CFA BENEFITS:
* The "Nice To Have List" of extras to send with incoming freshmen (in addition to the college's official list).
* Cadet company representatives who can be a liaison for other cadet parents each year.
* All In The Family (sponsored by the South Carolina Federal Credit Union), a quarterly newsletter sent to all cadet parents.

PARENTS WEEKEND:
* CFA volunteers have all experienced the traditional "transformation" their Cadet goes through from Matriculation Day to Parents Weekend.

* Parents Weekend is a wonderful time for reunions and for reflection. The Citadel is "The path less followed", but for its graduates, it has made all the difference in the world.

COMING CFA ACTIVITIES:
* CFA representatives participate in each Pre-Knob Overnight Program by answering questions of prospective cadet parents.
* The CFA assists in the recruitment and retention of cadets by working closely with The Citadel Volunteers (CVs) all over the United States.
* Each year, the CFA hold an Annual Meeting open to all cadet parents/guardians to c
