DawgMail Password

• To change your DawgMail password, click the Settings button () and choose Password from the tabs at the top.

• Enter your current password. (If you are using your account for the first time, enter your SSN.)

• Type the new password you want to use and re-enter to confirm it. Be sure to click Update to save the change.
  DawgMail does not accept a zero as the first character of a password. If your SSN begins with a zero(s), your initial password will begin with the first character following the zero(s).

• The E-Mail Password to option is not currently available in DawgMail. (This is used for password recovery.)
  

• Forgot your password?
  If you forget your password, you must bring your photo ID and visit the Help Desk in Bond Hall, room 253. (For your security, we cannot reset passwords over the telephone.) Request a password reset and your account password will be reset to your SSN immediately or the following business day.
