The purpose of the Department of Health, Exercise, and Sport Science (HESS) is to provide an exemplary educational environment and experiences leading to acquisition of skills, knowledge, and attitudes within the domains of human movement and healthful living. Competence within each of these areas contributes to preparation of principled leaders for positions of leadership within their respective fields. |
