The Citadel is pleased to announce that the 2004 issue of
The Gold Star Journal
was selected as a Special Merit Award recipient in the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) District III Advancement Awards Program.
The Gold Star Journal is a scholarly journal that features the work of cadets and College of Graduate and Professional Studies students. It is designed and produced by cadets under the direction of Maj. Suzanne T. Mabrouk, associate professor of chemistry.
Editors of the 2004 journal were James L. Senter ('04) and Cadets Ryan E. Head and Michael P. Peters. Cadets are currently at work on the ninth edition of the journal.
