1. The following daily vehicle rental and mileage rates will be effective as of 1 September 2005:

The Citadel Mini Bus comes with a driver and his hourly rates are as follows: Regular Time $15.35, Overtime $23.03. These charges are for the number of hours worked. Meals, lodging, tolls, parking fees etc. are the responsibility of the renting organization. All Citadel Mini Bus Vehicle Requests must be pre-approved by The President's Office before sending the request to the Physical Plant Dispatcher.
Note: The motor pool has two commercial licensed drivers. Contact the motor pool dispatcher at 953-6851 for availability.
2. The pickup trucks are service vehicles and are available on special request only. The Director of the Physical Plant must first approve any requirements for use in writing.
3. Golf carts may be rented for $28.00 per day. Golf Carts are requested using the Vehicle Request System two weeks in advance of the requested date.
