Class of 2009 is full
While numbers remain fluid until heads are counted the day the fourth class reports, the office of admissions is working with more than 700 high school graduates who intend to arrive on August 13th.


Board of Visitors chooses Rosa as president
The Citadel Board of Visitors named Lt. Gen. John W. Rosa Jr. to be The Citadel's 19th president pending his release from active duty.


Class of 2005 ready to take on the world
The 421 newest graduates left The Citadel with big plans that will take them into business, the military and grad school.


Construction projects moving forward
Three major construction projects are underway on campus as crews are replacing Law Barracks, getting Johnson Hagood Stadium ready for the upcoming football season and working on The Citadel Marksmanship Center.

While common bonds unite all Citadel classes, each graduating class has unique qualities that develop because of the personalities and events that shape the lives of cadets. The Class of 2005 is no exception.


Good news brings new bragging rights
The Citadel ranks number 1 in its 4-year graduation rate among public colleges where students average between 1000 and 1200 on their SATs.


Army ROTC tops region
The U.S. Army recently ranked The Citadel's ROTC department number 1 among 124 programs on college campuses in the eastern part of the nation.
