Contribute to Lease an
Executive Suite

Premium Suite
Premium Executive Suites are available for an annual contribution of $23,500 plus an Amenities package valued at $5,000 for a total annual payment of $28,500 for the initial year of the lease.

Premium suites are the four larger end suites on the Fifth and Sixth Levels, and the two central suites on the Sixth Level, closest to the 50 yard line.

Standard Suite
 Standard Executive Suites are available for an annual contribution of $20,000 plus an Amenities package valued at $5,000 for a total annual payment of $25,000 for the initial year of the lease.

Annual payment amounts are subject to escalation, depending upon the term of the lease, according to the following schedule:

  • 3-year (5% per year escalation of the Total)
  • 5-year (2% per year escalation of the Total)
  • 7-year (0% per year escalation of the Total)
  • 10-year (10% discount for one-time payment in full)
  • 10-year (5% discount for one-time payment of one half of ten-year total)
  • Long Term custom leases are available
