Development as a principled leader does not end with graduation. Effective and strategic leadership continues as a process of continuous growth, change and improvement. The four-year Citadel Experience and Principled Leader Development Program serve as the beginning of a lifelong commitment to values-based character, learning, service and fitness. The Citadel graduates apply the core values and principled leader characteristics throughout their careers in the military, public or private sectors or graduate education, benefiting greatly from their foundation at The Citadel.
