Captain Jordan B Gingrich is Assistant Professor of Aerospace Studies and Assistant Operations Flight Commander at the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps Detachment 765, The Citadel. As the Assistant Operations Flight Commander, he is responsible for overseeing the completion of all instruction-related activities for one of the largest cadet corps in the Air Force.
Capt Gingrich received his commission through Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps from University of Missouri – Columbia, Det 440 in May 2017. Captain Gingrich is a developmental engineer. Prior to his current assignment he led a test organization in charge of integrating and testing terminals used for nuclear command, control, and communications. He led a team of more than 30 military, civilian, and contractor personnel who utilized terminals at operational site and laboratories that collected data used to make strategic decisions.
