The Citadel operates in a decentralized budget environment. This necessitates the gathering of technical and strategic input about the budgetary needs of each Budget Authority from a dedicated staff member working within it (called a Resources Advisor).
Citadel faculty and staff should coordinate all budget-related questions/actions through their Resource Advisor (RA). The RAs are as follows:
