The Tommy & Victoria Baker School of Business to Host CDI
The Tommy and Victoria Baker School of Business will once again host The Citadel Directors’ Institute (CDI) on March 25, 2022. The educational seminar will be held at the Francis Marion Hotel, located in downtown Charleston from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
This one-day program is designed for public and private company corporate directors and their executives to connect and engage in an active dialogue focused on strategic planning, risk, board governance, and other emerging issues and new challenges that company directors and executives face. It is different from other programs in that it provides an intimate setting where participants can develop relationships and interact with nationally recognized experts throughout the day. Most programs of this stature are held in regions such as New York City, Chicago, and San Francisco.
We are pleased to announce that the opening keynote speaker is Sam Glasscock III, Vice Chancellor, Delaware Court of Chancery. The luncheon keynote speaker is Tom Barkin, President and CEO, Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond.
CDI 2022 commences the evening of March 24 with an opening reception. The full program begins the next morning and concludes that afternoon with a closing reception. The early registration cost for CDI 2022 is $495 (through February 24). Beginning on February 25, the cost increases to $595.
