Student Learning Goals and Objectives Functional Business Discipline Proficiency Students will demonstrate knowledge in the functional areas of business within a global context. Principled Leadership & Innovation Students will develop their principled leadership potential through innovation: a) students will apply ethical values and reasoning to a leadership scenario, and b) students will identify management practices to achieve innovation. Effective Professional Communication Students will demonstrate the ability to deliver an effective presentation. Students will demonstrate the ability to write effectively. Critical-Thinking Skills Students will demonstrate the ability to think critically. Quantitative Reasoning Skills Students will demonstrate the ability to reason quantitatively through creation and application of formulas, graphs, tables, statistics, spreadsheet models, simulations, or other mathematical representations.
