Faculty and Staff
Partnerships
The Citadel Career Center is committed to collaborating with faculty and staff to help students and alumni develop lifelong careers. The best way to accomplish this is through classroom presentations! We would love to partner with you by integrating career development into your classroom. Our comprehensive presentations, supplemental materials, and resources are developed around eight key career readiness competencies established by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), encouraging students to explore, prepare, and engage with their professional goals.
What is Career Readiness?
“Career readiness is a foundation from which to demonstrate requisite core competencies that broadly prepare the college-educated for success in the workplace and lifelong career management.”
