Complete Your Intelligence & Security Studies Degree

Pathway to a Degree in Intelligence & Security Studies

The Intelligence and Security Studies (ISS), Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Degree Completion Transfer Program at The Citadel is designed to refine students’ critical thinking and systematic analysis skills while expanding their knowledge of effective leadership in national security. This program caters to students who have completed their initial two years of general education requirements at another accredited institution or a South Carolina Technical College.

The degree completion process involves finishing the junior and senior years through online classes at The Citadel. Students who have earned 30 credit hours of undergraduate study from an accredited institution can transfer these credits to The Citadel and apply them toward their Intelligence and Security Studies degree. It is important to complete general education courses prior to transfer, as they are not offered through The Citadel’s online or evening programs.
