CQR Online Data Submittions:

CQR (Cadet Qualification Brief) SUBMISSION WILL BE OPEN DURING THE ALLOTTED TIMES BELOW BASED ON YOUR CLASS
**DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR CQR until your class is open according to the submission schedule below:

2024 CQR Submission Schedule- by Class:

1. Rising Seniors (Officers):  January 9 -17, 2024
2. Rising Juniors (NCOs): January 12-19, 2024
3. Rising Sophomores (Corporals):  January 19-27, 2024

To Prepare and Submit Your CQR DATA , Follow the Steps Below:

STEP 1- COMPLETE and PRINT: The “CADET QUALIFICATION REPORT (“CQR”)  WORKSHEET”.
Print a copy of the CQR Worksheet and bring it to your BN and/or CO Board.

OR IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO COMPETE FOR RANK – CLICK HERE
(By submitting this form, you are choosing not  to be considered for a rank position
next year and no further action is needed).

STEP 2 – USING YOUR CQR WORKSHEET AS A REFERENCE, SUBMIT YOUR CQR DATA & SCORES ONLINE BY FOLLOWING THE LINK BELOW:

Review all information to ensure accuracy prior to submitting. Your information will be forwarded directly to the Promotion Boards Coordinator in the Commandant’s Department. Once you have successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation email.

STEP 3- BATTALION & COMPANY BOARDS (Cadets will board in their HOME CO/BN).  
Talk to your TAC if you have any questions.

NOTES:
-Scheduling for the BN and CO Level Boards will be coordinated/scheduled through your BN and CO TACs. 
-*Based on the BN LEVEL OMLs (Officer OML and NCO OML for each BN), the top 10-12 cadets from each BN will be notified by their BN TAC if they are candidates for the RG Officer or NCO boards and will have the option to move forward to the RG Level Boards to compete for a command position if interested. 
-Scheduling for the RG Level Boards will be coordinated through the Promotion Boards Coordinator (candidates will be contacted via email to schedule a RG Level Board).

  • *BN Officer Boards: 9 -24 JANUARY, 2024 (BN TACS wll coordinate the schedule)
    *BN NCO Boards: 17- 31 JANUARY, 2024 (BN TAC NCOs will coordinate the schedule)
    CO Corporal Boards: 1-14  FEBRUARY, 2024 (CO TACS will coordinate the schedule)

Cadets interested in being considered for a Regimental or Battalion Special Staff position next AY, please complete this form.
Your information will be forwarded to the Faculty/Staff member in charge of the position assignment. Submission of a “Special Staff Interest” form is for discovery purposes only and have no impact on you competing for any other rank/position. This form is in addition to the Cadet Qualification Report (CQR).
