Biennial Review Report (BRR)
Every two years, Institutions of Higher Education must review and report on their alcohol and other drug (AOD) policies and programs as required by the United States Department of Education. The Biennial Review is the process of reviewing a college’s AOD policies and programs; the Biennial Review report (below) is the outcome of that review. The revised AOD policy, which is part of the Report, is separate.

Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA)
The Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act requires co-educational institutions of postsecondary education that participate in a Title IV, federal student financial assistance program, and have an intercollegiate athletic program, to prepare an annual report to the Department of Education on athletic participation, staffing, and revenues and expenses, by men’s and women’s teams. The Department uses this information in preparing its required report to the Congress on gender equity in intercollegiate athletics.
