SSC: Student Success Center
The Angela W. Williams Student Success Center (SSC) provides students with the tools they need to achieve academic success. In addition, students with disabilities can meet with the director of the SSC to discuss services and accommodations.
Cadet Activities
Cadet Activities provides cadets with a robust college experience through an exciting array of programs and events.
CADIC: Campus Alcohol and Drug Information Center
The CADIC provides students with fact-based information in order to make responsible choices regarding alcohol, tobacco, and drug use.
CARE: Campus Advocacy, Response and Education
CARE provides victim support and response services for any student who has been sexually assaulted or sexually harassed.
Career Center
The Career Center supports students in their career planning, preparation, and search over the course of their Citadel career and beyond.
Citadel Ombudperson
The Ombudsperson is a neutral, third party who helps Citadel cadets, CGC students, parents of cadets and students, faculty, and staff resolve disputes and concerns informally and confidentially.
Citadel Public Safety
Public Safety provides law enforcement and security services necessary to ensure the safety and security of all persons and property on The Citadel campus, or otherwise under the jurisdiction of The Citadel.
MSSIS: Multicultural Student Services & International Studies
MSSIS provides students with opportunities to study abroad, connect with multicultural people and events at home, and access resources needed as an international student.
Murray Infirmary
The Infirmary staff provides medical services to all cadets including inpatient and outpatient care, lab work, x-rays, and pharmacy services. The Infirmary staff will evaluate your medical needs and educate you about options for medical treatment, evidence collection, and access to other support services.
Pre-Professional Advisory Services
The Citadel provides counseling and guidance to all students who have an interest in attending law or medial school after graduation. Students who hope to attend professional graduate programs should seek advice early in their college career. Additional Pre-Health resources are available on the Pre-Health information webpage.
Public Speaking Lab
The Public Speaking Lab provides students with one-on-one support to work with an experienced speaking coach to help formulate ideas, calm nerves, and polish presentations.
Religious Activities
Religious Activities, comprised of over twenty campus pastors or ministry directors, work together to maintain a strong religious foundation for the cadet’s ethical and moral formation, one of the four pillars in The Citadel’s development of principled leaders.
TAC Officers
The TAC Officers are responsible for leadership training and monitor the day-to-day functioning of cadet units including inspections, drill, physical training, mess operations, barracks life, guard duty, discipline, and personnel accountability.
The Chaplain to the Corps of Cadets
The Chaplain’s Office assists all cadets, regardless of their faith background, in deepening their commitment to life-long religious values.
Veteran Student Success Center
The Veteran Student Success Center provides assistance to veteran students as they transition from military service to civilian life and learn to navigate through the college experience.
