A degree completion program offered online
The B.A. in Criminal Justice degree completion program was created to provide students with an opportunity to receive a four-year bachelors degree from The Citadel. Courses taught by faculty in the program consist of a blend of researchers and practitioners. The faculty have extensive experience in the field of criminal justice. The requirements for the major consist of 65 hours of general education and criminal justice courses at one of our partnering technical colleges. In addition, requirements consist of 55 credit hours of upper division courses at The Citadel.
If you have credits from another institution, they will be evaluated according to The Citadel policy.
Students now have the opportunity to complete their four-year bachelor’s degree in criminal justice at The Citadel 100% online. Students who have completed 30 credit hours of undergraduate study at another institution may apply to transfer those credits to The Citadel to complete their degree. Those interested in completing this program online will work with an academic advisor to discuss transfer credits and the coursework required at The Citadel.
