The Citadel Women's Employee Resource Group

The Citadel Women’s ERG is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of women on campus by creating an environment that supports, empowers and strengthens their ability to succeed in their campus roles. The mission is to build an inclusive community that raises awareness of the issues facing women in our workplace and offers development, resources, networking and mentoring opportunities. The group will provide a voice on campus to connect and empower female faculty, staff and students. In addition, it will offer a community where individuals can share ideas and foster personal and professional growth and development, ensuring a greater sense of belonging.
