Distinguished Scholars Program Grant Reporting Form
The Distinguished Scholars Program supports student-led Distinguished Scholar Projects through mentoring, guidance, and financial support. With this form, Distinguished Scholars will report on the activities for which they have received funding to enhance or support their projects.
Within six months of applying for Distinguished Scholars Program Enrichment Activity Grant, scholars must complete the grant reporting form below.
