Emily Reynolds of James Island, SC is a Senior Principal at Mercer, a world renowned, global consulting firm and helps organizations advance strategies and successfully navigate change. With over 20 years of experience in business leadership, she has held executive roles in banking and consulted for a leading advisory and solutions firm. She has held board positions at the Charleston Metro Chamber, SHRM and has proudly served on the Zucker Family School of Education DAB as the School has grown and expanded. She comes from a South Carolina family of educators and community leaders and credits her mother, a military college professor and father, a United Methodist minister, for instilling a mindset of lifelong learning and inspiring others to grow and lead with purpose. She believes everyone has a social responsibility to their community, the environment and educating future leaders.
