The Citadel Inn of Court Pre-Law Society is a cadet/alumni organization made up of pre-law students and Citadel graduates in the legal professions. The Inn of Court was founded by Col. Edward Tucker in 1981. Col. Tucker designed the Inn to enhance pre-law studies at The Citadel and to become a place where pre-law students could interact with one another, learn about careers in law, and meet Citadel legal alumni. Over the years, the Inn of Court has brought dozens of speakers to campus; trained students in applying to law school, taking the LSAT, and preparing for a career in law; organized trips to Southeastern law schools; sponsored pizza and movie nights; and held almost forty cadet/alumni banquets.
Dues are $20.00 per year. For further information, contact the Inn of Court officer or the Inn of Court faculty advisor, Platte Moring.
