Pay a Venue Rental Fee
The Total Rental Cost is listed in Attachment A (Terms & Conditions) of the Letter of Agreement. If you are missing an agreement, please Contact Us before proceeding with payment. You may pay online via credit card or mail in a check.

Payment Schedule
Due with signed Letter of Agreement:
- Non-Refundable Payment – A non-refundable payment of $500 is due with the signed Letter of Agreement and will be applied as a reduction to the Total Rental Cost.
Due 3 months prior to event:
- Remaining Balance – The remaining balance of the Total Rental Cost is due three (3) months prior to the event. Events booked less than three months out require payment in full.
Due 30 days following event:
- Additional Fees – Any additional fees incurred will be invoiced within 30 days following the event and payment is due within 10 days of receipt of invoice.
Venue Rental Rates
The rental rates for all event venues include furniture (i.e. tables, chairs), cleaning services, and an onsite venue coordinator. Other charges may apply for additional event services.
