Elevate Your Leadership
The Citadel Women’s Leadership Series is designed to help women grow their leadership competencies and develop increased confidence in their ability to lead themselves and others. The first series will start with education and assessment of specific leadership skills and then provide opportunities for application, practice, feedback, and reflection while building a social support system of like-minded women.
Target Audience
Women in leadership positions, women seeking leadership roles, and women looking for ways to improve their impact and effectiveness as formal or informal leaders.
