Elevate Your Leadership
The Citadel’s Leadership Series is designed to help individuals grow their leadership competencies and develop increased confidence in their ability to lead themselves and others. The first series will start with education and assessment of specific leadership skills and then provide opportunities for application, practice, feedback, and reflection while building a social support system of like-minded women.

Individuals in leadership positions, individuals seeking leadership roles, and individuals looking for ways to improve their impact and effectiveness as formal or informal leaders.
