Foundation courses in art and music appreciation develop into more specific classes in drawing, painting, photography, digital arts, and professional training to complement many fields of study.
Our courses have all been created in response to cadet (and market) demand for pragmatic skills that can be applied in a variety of scenarios both personally and professionally. For example, Photoshop, Graphic Design, Forensic Photography, and Gallery Management provide direct training for careers. Fine Arts interns have completed projects both on and off campus using these in-demand skills.
We offer undergraduate courses with the FNAR prefix in the fall, spring, and summer semesters. Due to the high-impact practices and creative efforts required in our upper-level courses, most are eligible for ROTC fulfillment.
Not sure which class is the best fit for your goals? Please contact Prof. Silverman at silvermant@citadel.edu to discuss.
