Oversight for Application Preparation and Submission
The Office of Research and Grants provides oversight for application preparation and submission by providing grant preparation education and pre-award assistance. Although faculty are requested to write or draft their own project proposals, we will review and edit, assist with adherence to guidelines, search for likely funding opportunities, and submit the final proposal. This includes the review of all proposals to ensure compliance with federal, institutional, and private sponsor guidelines and mandates before submission to the funding agency by the Authorized Organizational Representative (AOR).
Grant Preparation Education
- Presentations (faculty meetings and new faculty orientation)
- Grant development and preparation workshops
- One-on-one grant development and writing training
Pre-Award Assistance
