Open Source Intelligence Conference at The Citadel
October 23 – 25, 2024
The Citadel Department of Intelligence and Security Studies, teamed with the Department of Political Science’s Governor John C. West Chair, will host an OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) Conference on October 23 – 25, 2024, at The Citadel Military College in Charleston, SC. This conference will bring together OSINT practitioners in Academia, the Private Sector, and the Government to drive OSINT partnerships, innovation, technology, tradecraft, education, and workforce development to support national security consistent with the Director of National Intelligence OSINT 2024-2026 strategy
Panels and speakers will include government experts and leaders in the OSINT field along with policy makers to facilitate discussions, collaboration, and information sharing in support of national security objectives.

The Citadel is inviting leaders from within the U.S. intelligence, military, law enforcement, corporate, and policy communities; they have confirmed government participation for panels on AI, technology, disinformation, policy, ethics, and law.

Admission rates for attendees will be as follows:
- Citadel faculty, staff, and students: $0
- Students from other institutions: $20
- General Admission: $50
