Matthew Brock serves as the Vice President for Digital Intelligence at Orbis Operations, where he has built the data, tools, training, and services team since 2021. Prior to Orbis, Mr. Brock worked for Nisos, a managed intelligence company, leading OSINT teams providing counter-disinformation capabilities for major social media platforms. During ten years at the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), Mr. Brock led OSINT innovation across multiple teams and intelligence use cases in the CIA’s Open Source Enterprise, Directorate of Digital Innovation, and Directorate of Operations. He has provided OSINT training to multiple US government teams and to intelligence professionals from over a dozen countries. Mr. Brock holds an MA in International Relations from George Washington University, and a BA in Philosophy from Regina Apostolorum Athenaeum.
