Serves as the Senior Advisor for Open Source Intelligence (OSINT). Advises on the development of OSINT capabilities, policy, doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures as they relate to all aspects of intelligence. Synchronizes Army enterprise OSINT resources and
requirements while integrating Army OSINT across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE) and Intelligence Community (IC). Develops and guides strategies and governance of OSINT activities across the Army and serves as the lead for budget planning, programming, and execution.
