Emily Long
Guidehouse
Emily Long is a Senior Consultant at Guidehouse, focusing on Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), emerging technologies, and innovative partnerships. Ms. Long has supported and managed OSINT and Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) programs across industry, government, and academia, centering her work around the national security innovation base and creating pathways for future leaders in the federal government and federal contracting. She has supported the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), all branches of the U.S. Armed forces to include the U.S. Army OSINT Office, as well as the National Security Innovation Network (NSIN) under the Defense Innovation Unit (DIU). Ms. Long is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with additional certifications in technical project implementation and standardization practices, having developed public service software platforms for multiple cities within North America. She holds a MS in Geospatial Intelligence from The Johns Hopkins university and a BA in Psychology from Arizona State University. Ms. Long is a recently elected member of the Emerging Professionals in the Intelligence Community (EPIC) Committee of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) and serves as a Professional Advisor for students of the Innovate for Impact course at the University of Michigan.
