Dr. Greta Creech
Assistant Professor
Greta E. Creech, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor of Intelligence and Security Studies at The Citadel and a former intelligence officer with the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). In her capacity at The Citadel, she teaches graduate and undergraduate students in her three areas of expertise: Russian psychological warfare, critical analysis, and national security organizations. Prior to arriving at The Citadel, she served her country as a GEOINT analyst and manager at NGA. Prior to NGA, she spent eight years at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), where she was Russian Team Lead during the early deployment of the International Space Administration, and the White House Liaison for NASA’s Office of Aeronautics. She received her Ph.D. from Antioch University in 2021. Her research interests include the national security implications for growing State distrust and anti-government conspiracies in the U.S. She also leverages her Ph.D. in Leadership and Change to study the roles of relationships and power within U.S. intelligence operations. In addition to her teaching and research, she is Founder of Tundra Star, LLC, which provides leadership and strategic consulting to C-Suite leaders whose organizations are on a high-growth trajectory.
