Tim Gray
Parsons Corporation
Tim Gray is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in cyber, strategic planning, program management, and growth. He currently serves as a Program Director within Defense and Intelligence at Parsons Corporation.
Tim’s career began in the United States Marine Corps (USMC), where he served as an Infantryman. During his military tenure, he gained valuable experience in combat operations, exploitation, threat analysis, and targeting. Notably, he supported the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit – Special Operations Capable (MEU-SOC) during 2001.
After his military service, Tim graduated from George Mason University (GMU) and embarked on a civilian career in law enforcement as a Federal Agent/Criminal Investigator. Soon after he transitioned to the private sector, supporting military training, technology integration, software development, and planning for JEIDDO at A-T Solutions. This role led to five years in Afghanistan, where he supported various Counter-IED, asymmetric threat requirements, and special access programs with CJTF-Paladin and CJSOTF-A during Operations Enduring Freedom (OEF).
Following that deployment, Tim played a key role in establishing the US Army Africa (USARAF) C-IED Fusion Cell for the Headquarters of the Army (HQDA) G38 Division. After five years in his strategic and exercise planning role, Tim returned home and leveraged his operational insights to manage offensive cyber programs (OCO) at ManTech’s Advanced Cyber Solutions (ACS) Division. There, he oversaw program management of OCO infrastructure (including JCAP), cyber network operations (CNO) tool development, and vulnerability research (VR) projects.
Tim later transitioned to Parsons Corporation, where he managed similar OCO programs, many within the Joint Cyber Warfighter Architecture (JCWA). With the acquisition of BlackHorse Solutions, he transitioned to focused on growth playing a pivotal role in supporting all information warfare (IW) capabilities, across cyber, electronic warfare (EW), and Publicly Available Information/Open-Source Intelligence (PAI/OSINT) domains. Tim currently supports growth verticals focused on PAI/OSINT, Intelligence, and Special Operations.
Throughout his career, Tim has been recognized for his exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and technical expertise. Tim is a local to Charleston and is committed to providing key insights based on his experience to the Information Environment.
