The service allows users to work together easily with anywhere access to email and calendars. It includes enterprise grade security and is leveraged utilizing Microsoft’s servers and technology.

Yes. Microsoft 365 is available anywhere in the world as long as you have an internet connection.
What is the largest message that can be sent or received using Microsoft 365?
The largest message that can be sent or received is 25MB. To share a file larger than that you will need to utilize OneDrive for Business or SharePoint.

Can I use Microsoft Office Mobile (Office for iPad, Android or iPhone) with my 365 account?
Yes. All of our Microsoft 365 accounts are now licensed to use Microsoft Office, even on mobile devices! To start using them simply download the desired app (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, or Excel) and log in with your Microsoft 365 account (remember your username will be in this format – yourusername@nation.citadel.edu).

How can I access my OneDrive?
Sign in to your Microsoft 365 account and click the OneDrive button from the menu in the top left corner of the screen.
How many files can I store in OneDrive for business?
Employees start with a OneDrive quota of 100 GB and student start with a OneDrive quota of 50 GB. OneDrive is the safest location for Citadel work and school data. It is crucial to only store work- or school-related data on OneDrive to ensure data security and compliance with Citadel policies. If your quota is running low, you can request additional storage by contacting the helpdesk at helpdesk@citadel.edu or by calling (843) 953-4357.
