Dr. Connolly is an Instructor of Leadership at The Citadel. Connolly holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from University of the Incarnate Word, M.S. in Telecommunications Management from Golden Gate University, and B.S. in Business from Arizona State University.
Dr. Connolly brings over 25 years of relevant organizational experience to her classroom instruction, having served in positions of leadership at Pacific Bell (now AT&T), Advanced Micro Devices, Girl Scouts of the U.S.A., and the University of Texas at Dallas. Additionally, Connolly has participated in governance and advisory boards at numerous non-profit and educational agencies.
Connolly is an active member of the Association for Research on Non-profit Organizations and Voluntary Action (ARNOVA) and the International Society for Third Sector Research (ISTR). She is an organizational consultant, author, and speaker regarding leadership development, volunteer engagement, and program evaluation.
Dr. Connolly is currently serving as the Master of Science in Leadership Advisor for the Department.
