Mary Moore Hamrick is a senior policy consultant and accomplished leader with over 30 years of experience at the epicenter of business and government, providing leadership and delivering bottom line results in legal, regulatory, legislative strategy and policy.
Hamrick served as the Don Evans Managing Director of Domestic Policy at the George W. Bush Institute, as Chief Public Policy Officer for Grant Thornton, Senior Director of External Relations and Strategic Planning for the Center for Audit Quality, Director of the Office of External Relations for the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, Vice President for New York Life Insurance Co., Counsel to the U.S. House Committee on Energy and Commerce and an Investment Representative at Morgan Stanley. Hamrick began her career as a sports marketing agent at International Management Group.
Hamrick enjoys bringing her real-world experience to the classroom, teaching at The Citadel, The College of Charleston School of Business and UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. She brings expertise in Leadership and Stakeholder Capitalism.
Hamrick is a member of the N.C. Bar. She serves on the UNC Board of Visitors, the U.S. Capitol Historical Society Board of Trustees, and served as Chairman of the Public Affairs Council Board of Directors and the Alumni Council for the UNC Kenan-Flagler School of Business.
