She is a distinguished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in managing and optimizing HR functions across diverse organizational settings. As the Human Resources Director at Palmetto Retina Center, Rebecca oversees HR operations across nine locations in South Carolina and Georgia. Her role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including recruitment, benefits administration, payroll management, performance evaluations, and employee relations. Her career includes experience in the private and government sectors. Rebecca’s strategic approach to HR ensures that all practices are aligned with organizational goals, enhancing employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Ms. Williams holds an MBA from The Citadel, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Counseling, and several certifications, including the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) – Senior Certified Professional(SCP) and Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) – Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
