Bio
Dr. Arpit Sharma is the Assistant Professor in the Management and Entrepreneurship department, Tommy and Victoria Baker School of Business. His research area includes the influence of new and innovative health technologies on health outcomes. His techno-psycho-social framework probes on the patient/consumer’s perspectives on their healthcare delivery process. His healthcare research goals parallel the objectives of the National Institute of Health (NIH) and the Agency for Health Research and Quality (AHRQ) to investigate the disparities in healthcare access and quality for millions of Americans.
Previously, Dr. Sharma has held several positions related to the management & analysis of technology for corporate and government sectors – both nationally and internationally. On the personal side, he loves travel, food, and coastal living.
