Glorimar Blanco is an Adjunct Professor of Spanish and also the Assistant Director of Hispanic Internships at The Citadel. She regularly teaches undergraduate courses in elementary and intermediate level Spanish. She is a liaison between the Hispanic community and The Citadel. Recent research projects have focused on the violence toward woman reflected in Spanish Cinema, transition from dictatorship to democracy in Spain, drug cartel related crime in Mexico, and the current political status and violence in Venezuela. She is currently a PhD. Student at USC.
