The mission of the Office of Construction Management is to manage all construction and renovation projects on campus. All projects are executed in accordance with the Manual for Planning and Execution of State Permanent Improvements which is published by The Office of the State Engineer.
Our most recent capital project was the construction of the new Capers Hall, completed in August 2023.
