Sacko recipient of Scholar Award

Health and Human Performance Professor Ryan Sacko is the recipient of the 2023 South Carolina Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance (SCAHPERD) Scholar Award. This award is given to a SCAHPERD member who has made significant scholarly contributions to the profession.

In September, Sacko was also awarded the 2023 Lolas E. Halverson Motor Development Young Investigator Award which distinguishes scholarly contributions to the field of motor development that have been innovative and impactful.
