Baker School bulletin

June-Yon Kim was a guest speaker at the Finance Speaker Series hosted by the Baker School of Business. Kim heads the Japanese Equity Team and is a lead portfolio manager and analyst at Lazard Asset Management. He discussed his experience in the international investment markets, specifically in Japan.

Associate Dean for Curriculum, Finance and Outreach Iordanis Karagiannidis and Adjunct Professor Paul Meeks took 17 cadets to the College of Charleston’s Investment Symposium at Charleston Place. The group heard from top Wall Street executives and learned about AI and investing from a panel moderated by Meeks. This event was a collaboration between the Baker School of Business Student Managed Investment Fund and the College’s Investment Program.

The Baker School of Business hosted the Supply Chain Management Career Fair. Dozens of students met industry professionals and networked with alumni who are working in the supply chain field.
