The Baker School of Business hosted the Spring Research Roundtable on March 25. Rick Savior, Ed.D., visiting professor of management, presented Behavioral Competencies for Effective Cross-Cultural Leadership Practice. The working paper seeks to examine the complexity of leadership in a global context by exploring the ways in which the values and moral foundations of various cultures affect how leadership is viewed and effectively practiced.
Associate Professor of Supply Chain Management John Dickens, Ph.D. presented Approaches to Publish in Top-tier Journals and Why You Should Care, which illustrated strategies for faculty looking to publish in top-tier journals.
