Course Withdrawals
Once the add/drop period has ended, a student must complete and submit the course withdrawal request form to the Office of the Registrar – registrar@citadel.edu. Students that wish to withdraw from a course will be assigned a grade of W. Please note that the grade of W is not included when calculating a student’s GPA.

Course Loads
Maximum Credit numbers for summer:
- No more than 17 credit hours for undergraduates or 5 physical classes.
- 1 course per mini-mesters
- 2 courses in each type of term (full summer and 1st/2nd summer terms)
