Website Update and Transition
The Citadel’s website has recently been transitioned to a new platform. As we finalize this process, please note that there are still files, forms, and pages remaining on the old hosting provider. More details will be forthcoming regarding the completion of this transition.
Responsibilities
The Citadel’s Website Manager is responsible for the public website for the college. They work with all departments and offices on campus to create a uniform college website.
- Training users on the college’s content management system (CMS)
- Responding to campus community website requests
- Consulting on best practices and search engine optimization (SEO)
- Creating sub-sites for special initiatives that are approved on a case-by-case basis
- Regular website maintenance
- Continually improving the website to align with new technologies and college goals
